I spent my teens, 20s and a big part of my ​30s always on a yet another diet and ​striving for the “perfect body”


It was a never ending cycle of starting ​over every time the new restricted diet ​failed me!

How does it work?

  • Sign up - your first payment will be on ​15th Aug but you can reserve your space ​now
  • Create your personal account on the TBR ​app, set your goals and start your ​nutrition prep plan
  • Jules will create your personal plan with ​your own personal workout plan and ​nutrition goals
  • Check in with Jules weekly to review your ​nutrition and training!
  • Reach out between check-ins whenever ​you need support!
  • Book in your monthly 1:1 zoom coaching ​call every month to chat about your ​progress!

What I wont ask you to do?

  • Sacrifice! You do have to put the work ​in, challenge your current thought ​patterns and habits that don’t serve ​you, but you don’t have to feel like ​you’re missing out or sacrificing!


  • I won’t ask you to give up your social life ​or the food you love! You can achieve ​your weight loss and body goals without ​missing out on everything you enjoy!

What I will ask you to do?

  • Give it time! Give it the full 8 week! Don’t ​get disheartened after 2 weeks of the ​scales not moving or no visible changes ​and give up!


  • Be accountable with nutrition, doesn’t ​mean you need to calorie count, but you ​do need to be aware and accountable ​with your nutrition!


  • Complete you check-ins each week, the ​more you tell me, the more I can help!
